To ensure a longer life for your foulard, il est recommandé de le faire nettoyer à sec. Cependant, le lavage à la main ou en machine n’est pas déconseillé.

Programmes machine : soie ou main

Water temperature: maximum 30°.

Essorage : main et sans torsion

Séchage : à plat à l’abri du soleil

Repassage : température soie sur l’envers

In case of dissatisfaction, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make your return.

Any returned item must be returned in its original packaging and include all its labels.

No returns will be accepted if the product is returned dirty, worn, damaged and/or if the product is rendered unfit for sale.

Upon receipt of the parcel Ansari will judge the condition of the returned goods. If your return is accepted, you will automatically be refunded to the bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order.
